How did you hear about The White Gallery when you were engaged? I heard about the White Gallery through online blogs and came across the boutique’s Facebook page shortly after we got engaged in December 2012 in New York!
What did you enjoy most about your experience at The White Gallery? I loved The White Gallery from the moment we arrived – the little black board at the front door saying “Welcome Gemma” made it a really personal experience. The boutique is decorated really lovely and there is a great range of beautiful dresses – I wanted to try them all on! Rachel was great, I didn’t feel rushed at all – luckily there was nobody in directly after us so I got an extended first appointment!
What was your favourite part of your big day? I loved everything about it!!! Seeing everything we had planned in our heads (& my pinterest!) come to life on the day was great as we wanted it to be really personal – from our readings, vows, cake table and music; to seeing our friends and family let off the lanterns while we had our first dance on the beach - I wish we could do it all again!
Have you any tips for brides-to-be? You could look at pictures of dresses for weeks and weeks but the best way to know what suits you is to try them on! Enjoy it all as it really does go so fast and before you know it you’ll be an oul married woman!!
