How did you hear about The White Gallery when you were engaged?
I found it on Google. I was looking for original dress designs that I hadn’t already seen on hundreds of other brides.
What did you enjoy most about your experience at The White Gallery?
The service at The White Gallery was certainly the best. In fact, it was on a whole other level. Rachel was wonderful, so helpful, warm, friendly and kind. She made me and my friends feel so welcome and we all enjoyed coming over! From beautiful dresses to a celebratory atmosphere from the moment I entered, I just loved everything.
The White Gallery have so many unique designers and gowns/dresses that are so different to the run-of-the-mill styles in other shops.
What was your favourite part of your big day?
As part of our vows we did a feet washing ceremony. We washed each other feet to show our dedication to loving and serving one another. For me, that was the most beautiful and meaningful moment… truly a memory that I will never forget.
(The ceremony stems from the Bible where Jesus washed his disciples feet. (John 13:1-17) This ceremony is to symbolise the servitude that the couple is promising ... they will serve each other selflessly as Jesus did.)
Have you any tips for brides-to-be?
A wedding is a party, not a performance. If at the end of the day, you are married to the one you love, then everything went perfectly.
